I created Lauren Pritchard Wedding Day Management for couples who want to fully enjoy their wedding day without having to manage it themselves.

Most couples spend months planning every detail of their wedding, only to realise close to the day that someone still needs to coordinate suppliers, manage timings, answer questions, solve problems, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

That’s where I come in.

With a professional background in marketing, events, and stakeholder management, I’m used to coordinating moving parts, managing logistics, and staying calm under pressure. I previously also worked as a teacher and so am adept at ensuring people are in the right place at right time and wrangling crowds when needed. My approach is organised, structured, and quietly hands-on, making sure everything runs to plan without you needing to think about it.

I’m not a full wedding planner (though I can certainly make recommendations if this is what you need). My role is to step in during the final stages, bring everything together, and professionally manage the day itself so you, your partner, and your guests can be fully present and enjoy it.
