• Detailed timeline review and refinement
• Final supplier coordination and confirmations
• Setup oversight and logistics management on the day
• Full management of the wedding day timeline
• Main point of contact for suppliers and venue staff.

Bespoke package

For larger weddings, more complex logistics, longer coverage/ additional support requirements, a bespoke package can be created to suit your plans

How it works
01 | Enquiry
Fill out a contact form with some basic information to help me prepare for our consultation session.
02 | Consultation
We meet discuss your plans, suppliers, timeline and the level of support you need. Once you’re happy to proceed, your date is secured with a signed agreement and deposit payment.
03 | Handover
In the weeks leading up to the event, I step in to bring everything together, co-ordinate suppliers and finalise logistics and timings.
04 | Enjoy your day
I run the day behind the scenes so everything stays on track - and you can focus on enjoying every moment.
